Three Crane Operators Earn Honors for 4th Year in a Row
(Detroit, MI) – JJ Curran Crane employees, Jim Warrington, Pat Farr, and, Trever Weber, and Jake Lopez have received the 2024 Crane Operator Safety Award from the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association, an international organization comprised of more than 1,350 members from 46 nations.
The SC&RA Crane Operator Safety Award is presented to crane operators who exhibit exemplary work achievements while also meeting the following criteria:
• Certified by a nationally accredited certification body;
• 10,000 consecutive man hours;
• Zero accidents or incidents;
• Zero lost calendar days; and
• Zero failed random or post-accident drug test during the program year.
Together, Jim Warrington, Pat Farr, Trever Weber, and Jake Lopez have amassed over 118,000 hours of work without a single accident or incident! Jim, Pat, and Trever stand out for receiving the SC&RA Crane Operator Safety Award for the fourth consecutive year, underscoring their exceptional dedication to safety. Each of these operators prioritizes safety throughout their workday and serves as a leader on the job sites. Their commitment to daily safety tasks and continuous improvement is a testament to their discipline. Their exemplary record at JJ Curran Crane speaks for itself.
